Terms of Service

1. Overview

souls.zip is operated by Drip Rewards Inc. By accessing or using souls.zip, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Accounts

You may create an account using GitHub or Google authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Digital Goods

Soul packages are digital goods delivered electronically upon purchase or included download. Each package contains configuration files (SOUL.md and related assets) for use with AI agent frameworks.

• Official included souls are licensed under the MIT License for personal and commercial use.
• Paid souls include a personal-use license. Redistribution is prohibited.
• All sales are final. See our Refund Policy for details.

4. Services

Add-on services (Docker setup, custom configuration, support plans) are provided on a best-effort basis. Services are non-refundable once work begins. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Redistribute or resell purchased soul packages
• Use the platform for illegal activities
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Reverse engineer proprietary soul configurations

6. Limitation of Liability

souls.zip and its operators are not responsible for how soul packages are used, configured, or deployed. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
